The Ops Health Check is a fixed-price review of your warehouse. We spend two days on your floor, across shifts, and find where your operation is losing money. You get a written report with your top five problems, what each one costs you a year, and a 90-day plan to fix them, cheapest fix first.
Our guarantee, in writing: if the Health Check doesn't show you savings worth at least £7,500 a year that you agree are real, five times the fee, you pay nothing.

Questions
What does the Ops Health Check cost?
£1,500, fixed. You pay 50% to book and 50% when we deliver the report. Travel is quoted up front, before you book.
What happens if you don't find enough savings?
If the savings you agree are real come to less than £7,500 a year, five times the fee, the Health Check is free and we refund your deposit.
How long does it take?
Two days on site, across your shifts, then your written report and a walk-through call within five working days.
Do we need to share confidential figures?
We agree a baseline from your own figures before the visit: hours, overtime, agency spend, error rates and staff turnover. We'll sign your NDA first, and we never name clients without written permission.
Is it only for large warehouses?
No. It suits sites from around 10 people to multi-shift operations of several hundred, for independent 3PLs and brands running their own warehouse.
Will you try to sell us software or automation?
No. We're independent and take no supplier commissions. We always start with fixes that cost nothing, and only suggest automation when the numbers show a clear payback.
